This Refund Policy applies to all digital and professional services offered by Canvers Media, including:

2. General Refund Principles
Due to the professional and digital nature of our services, most payments are non-refundable once work has begun. All refund decisions are governed under the consumer protection laws of Ontario, Canada, and must comply with:

3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only under the following conditions:
3.1 Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before any work or planning has started, you may receive a refund minus a 5–10% administrative and processing fee.
3.2 Service Delivery Failure by Canvers Media
A refund may be approved if:

Canvers Media fails to initiate service within a mutually agreed timeline, and

No client-side delays or missing requirements are involved
Refunds in this category may be prorated depending on completed work stages.
3.3 Duplicate Payment / Billing Error
If a transaction was duplicated or processed in error, a full refund will be issued once verified.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Work has already started or been completed in whole or in part

Client does not provide required access or materials

Delays caused by the client
-
Client dissatisfaction based on personal taste or subjective expectations

Change of business direction or personal circumstances

Third-party platform limitations (hosting, Wix, Google, plugins, etc.)

Completed work delivered as promised
AI automation, web development, and digital content projects consist of labour hours, creative output, and software licensing, and therefore are not refundable once production begins.
5. Custom Work & Project-Based Refunds
Custom website builds, branding, and automation systems are billed based on milestone completion:

Deposit payments are non-refundable

Each completed milestone portion is non-refundable once approved

Cancellation after the design stage may result in prorated charges
6. Subscription / Monthly Plans
For subscription-based services:

Billing cycles are prepaid and non-refundable

Cancellations apply to future billing periods, not previous charges

No partial-month refunds are issued
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients must contact Canvers Media to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Service suspension

Transfer of outstanding balances to a collections agency

Legal recovery actions under Ontario jurisdiction
8. Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:

Processing time: 7–14 business days

Refund method: original payment method only
9. Required Client Cooperation

Proof of purchase

Contract number

Reason for refund request
Incomplete documentation may delay or void eligibility.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute regarding refunds will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
