We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service at our discretion at any time.
2. Payment Terms
All payments for services, subscriptions, or digital products must be completed based on the payment schedule provided at checkout or contract agreement.
Services will not begin until payment is successfully confirmed.
Late or failed payments may result in paused projects, delayed delivery, or cancellation.
Prices listed on our website may change without prior notice.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital work, strategy planning, and design services, all payments made to Canvers Media are non-refundable once project work has begun.
Refunds may only be considered if:

no work has started, and
-
a formal cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
No refunds apply to:

completed work,
-
SEO services,
-
website or campaign results,
-
hosting, subscription, or licensing costs.
4. Intellectual Property
All website designs, branding elements, layouts, copywriting, code, digital media files, and training materials created by Canvers Media remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients may use delivered materials solely for their business.
Redistribution, resale, duplication, or modification of our work without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Canvers Media is not liable for any:

loss of revenue,

data damage,
-
business interruption,
-
third-party software issues,
-
or performance results such as search ranking drops, ad campaign outcomes, or conversion rates.
All services are delivered “as-is” based on industry best practices.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Any personal or business information you share with Canvers Media is treated as confidential.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data with third parties, except when required to deliver a service such as hosting or domain management.
All data handling follows standard privacy and security practices.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate service access if:

payment is not received,
-
terms are violated,
-
platform abuse occurs,
-
or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Upon termination, ongoing deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed and interpreted under the legal framework of the province of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved under local jurisdiction unless a contract states otherwise.
